Barak Sope adds his ideas to the VP / NUP / MPP / PPP re-unification agreement, essentially for political parties to be obliged to make party presidential terms of five years as in South Africa. He saw a need for leaders to be committed to the re-unification roadmap to achieve the intended results. Sope was signing the agreement for MPP.
